Every experience has taught me something new. It is and will be my heart's desire to pass on my knowledge to everyone I work with and help make progress. By learning about organizational systems in large and small corporations at home and abroad I gained insight and vast experience on how modern organizations should work to be successful and their employees more satisfied and committed to their work. I have been sharing this knowledge for 15 years as a lecturer at business conferences, a coach at workshops and a consultant to management in a range of different industries.

Which of your achievements are you most proud of? Take a minute to think about it. It's quite challenging, isn't it? To remember your own accomplishments. But it is an important part of the learning process. Be aware of your achievements. Try to enjoy them. I am always looking for ways to exceed limits for myself and my clients. So it took quite some time before I became aware of my business successes over the years. I can certainly consider one of my greatest successes the changes in the heads and hearts of the leaders and a huge number of teams that, after working with me, breathed easier and stepped forward on their (business) paths.

One of my favorite aspects of my job is traveling and meeting new people, temperaments, ways of working and communicating. From American metropolises, to African savannas and Asian rainforests. The basis of team spirit and leadership is the same. It just looks different on the outside. Why? Because we are all just people. Because we are social beings. Because we need genuine closeness, trust and proper guidance to help us on the path to satisfaction. If this path is joyful and playful, it is that much the better

As the national partner of the international coaching network Harramach & Partners, I am the holder of a license to implement their management education programs. This role is closely linked to the constant upgrading of knowledge in education around the world.

I once attended a seminar in South Africa where I met a person who told me about a remote Caribbean island with special energy. When I visited the island, I became aware that I had to travel halfway across the world to findout about it. Measurability of results and verifiability of knowledge at the international level is the basis for credibility. As an accredited consultant for the Margerison-McCann TMSDI team profiling system, I am grateful for the privilege of receiving knowledge from an abundance of credible information sources.
